1. 我们是谁

本政策适用于 香港舟行於野有限公司（HONG KONG WILD ARK CO., LIMITED，公司注册编号 80743820，“我们”）运营的网站 wildark-hk.com 及其产品品牌事伴 Taskmate。我们依照香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》（第 486 章）及其六项保障资料原则处理个人资料。

2. 我们收集什么、为何收集（原则 1）

网站本身不设注册、登录或在线表单。我们只在你主动发邮件给我们时取得你提供的资料，例如姓名、职位、公司、邮箱地址及邮件内容，用途仅限于回复咨询、安排演示或试用、以及履行与你所在公司的合同。是否提供资料由你自愿决定；不提供可能导致我们无法回复或提供服务。

托管服务商 Cloudflare 为传输、安全与防滥用会在其服务器日志中处理访问的技术资料（例如 IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间）。我们不会用这些资料识别个人身份。

3. 保留期限（原则 2）

我们只在达到上述用途所需的期间内保留个人资料，期满后删除。资料保持准确：你可随时要求更正。

4. 使用与转移（原则 3）

我们只将个人资料用于收集时说明的用途，或与之直接相关的用途；如需用于新用途，会先取得你的明确同意。我们不出售个人资料，也不会在未取得你同意的情况下将其用于直接促销。

可能接收资料的类别：为我们提供托管、邮件、云服务及 AI 模型服务的服务商（仅在提供服务所需范围内）、你所在公司授权的人员、以及法律要求时的执法或监管机构。

5. 产品试用中的客户数据

在试用或付费服务中，客户（企业）是其聊天数据和业务资料的拥有者及资料使用者，我们作为资料处理者，只按客户的书面指示处理，不将其用于其他目的。客户可随时要求我们删除其数据；试用结束后亦会按约定删除。

为完成客户交办的任务，相关内容可能交由第三方 AI 模型服务处理。具体服务商与处理方式会在与客户的书面协议中说明。

6. 跨境转移

Cloudflare 的网络及部分服务商（包括 AI 模型服务商）的服务器可能位于香港以外。我们会采取合理可行的措施（例如选择有相应保障的服务商、按需最少传输），使转移的资料获得与本政策相当的保护。

7. 资料保安（原则 4）

网站全程使用 HTTPS 加密传输；内部资料访问仅限有需要的人员；我们要求服务商采取合约或其他方法保障资料。

8. Cookie 与本地存储

我们不使用分析、广告或跟踪 Cookie，也没有嵌入第三方分析脚本。网站会在你的浏览器本地存储（localStorage）中保存你选择的语言，此数据只留在你的设备上，不会发送给我们。Cloudflare 在启用安全防护时，可能设置必要的安全 Cookie（例如 __cf_bm）以识别恶意流量；此类 Cookie 不用于广告。网站的邮件地址保护功能由 Cloudflare 脚本提供，不设置 Cookie。

Privacy Policy

  1. This site has no sign-up, login or forms and uses no analytics or advertising cookies; we only get your contact details when you email us.
  2. During a trial, the customer's enterprise chat data belongs to the customer and we process it only on the customer's instructions (as a data processor); deletion can be requested at any time. We do not sell personal data.
  3. You may request access to or correction of your personal data at [email protected].

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the website wildark-hk.com and the product brand Taskmate (事伴), operated by HONG KONG WILD ARK CO., LIMITED (香港舟行於野有限公司, Company Registration No. 80743820, “we”). We handle personal data in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and its six Data Protection Principles (DPPs).

2. What we collect and why (DPP1)

The website has no registration, login or online forms. We only receive the information you choose to send us by email, such as your name, job title, company, email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to enquiries, arrange demos or trials, and perform contracts with your company. Providing it is voluntary; if you do not, we may be unable to reply or provide services.

Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data about visits (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) in its server logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not use this data to identify individuals.

3. Retention and accuracy (DPP2)

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and then delete it. You may ask us to correct it at any time.

4. Use and transfer (DPP3)

We use personal data only for the purposes stated when it was collected, or directly related purposes; for any new purpose we will first obtain your express consent. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for direct marketing without your consent.

Classes of recipients: our service providers for hosting, email, cloud and AI model services (only as needed to provide their services), personnel authorised by your company, and law enforcement or regulators where required by law.

5. Customer data in product trials

In trials and paid services, the customer (the company) owns its chat data and business information and is the data user; we act as a data processor and process it only on the customer's written instructions and for no other purpose. The customer may ask us to delete its data at any time, and we delete it at the end of a trial as agreed.

To complete tasks the customer assigns, relevant content may be processed by third-party AI model services. The providers and processing are described in the written agreement with the customer.

6. Cross-border transfer

Cloudflare's network and some of our service providers (including AI model providers) may operate servers outside Hong Kong. We take reasonably practicable steps, such as choosing providers with appropriate safeguards and transferring only what is needed, so that transferred data receives protection comparable to this policy.

7. Security (DPP4)

The website is served over HTTPS only; internal access to personal data is limited to people who need it; we require our service providers, by contract or other means, to protect the data.

8. Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party analytics scripts. The site saves your language choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage); it stays on your device and is not sent to us. When its security features are active, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to identify malicious traffic; these are not used for advertising. The email-address protection on this site is provided by a Cloudflare script that sets no cookies.

9. Openness (DPP5)

This policy is publicly available on this page at all times. We may revise it and will update the date at the top when we do.

10. Access and correction (DPP6)

You have the right to request access to and correction of personal data we hold about you. Send requests to [email protected], or by post to: HONG KONG WILD ARK CO., LIMITED (Privacy), Unit D3, 11/F, Luk Hop Industrial Building, No.8 Luk Hop Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. We will respond within 40 days as required by the Ordinance and, where applicable, may charge a fee that is not excessive as permitted by the Ordinance.

This policy is available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
